Jeanne Coupe was born raised in Nicolaus, CA outside yuba city/marysville, CA she had sibilings Art and margerite.
Wish i knew more of her earlier years, i was a child when she passed on, but i know she longed to escape Nicolaus which was a very small town back then. Her family strugged they the depression. She worked her whole life in the banking industry where she met her husband Albert F Bradovich, a WWII veteran.
Story goes albert kept pursuing her until she dated then they married. Moving to sacramento on middlecoff way in south sacramento in the 1950s. They had their first son, William Bradovich (1950-1995) and Jeannine Bradovich (1953-2016). They eventually moved to castillo ct in citrus heights to retire. Jeanne was very independent, liked cocktail parties, working became a branch manager at crocker bank off auburn blvd near garfield before her retirement.
She used to babysit me and always treated me like an adult. We watched “meatballs” with bill murray on VHS. She loved watching wheel of fortune and would yell in delight when people would lose their winnings being too greedy. She fought an alcoholic addiction for many years, which eventually caused jaundice and cirrhosis of the liver, her husband died in 1984 of cancer. She passed on in 1985.
I will always remember how kind she was to me. And will always be loved. Rest in peace gram and pop—- love Brian S. McDonald (1977-)
