Albert was born in July 21st, 1941 in Vichy (France) and he lived in the Chateau des Morelles (Broût-Vernet, Allier, Auvergne, France) with his parents Joseph Cogan and Jeannette Cogan (born Céorna).
On november 3rd, 1943 he was arrested with his fater Joseph and his sister Fanny, and jailed in the "Mal Coiffée" prison in Moulins (France). Later transfered (november, 16th) to the Drancy Concentration Camp, and finally deported (december, 7th) to the Extermination Camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, where he died at the gas chamber just after his arrival.
