Wedding picture of Anna Jennettie Pearl Yount. She married Henry Greene Vallance on 4 November 1904 in Denton, Denton Co., Texas. After they were married they moved to a farm at Lodge (Plaska), Hall Co., Texas. Pearl was born 2 August 1883 in Polk Co., Missouri and died 24 Apr 1967 in Memphis, Hall Co., Texas. In addition to the five children from Henry's 1st marriage to Elizabeth Gollihue they raised seven children of their own. Henry was born 17 Feb 1863 in Greenup, Kentucky and died 14 November 1925 on the farm at Plaska while taking a nap. After his death, Grandmother Pearl lived on the farm until about 1964 when she moved to a nursing home due to health.
