Annie Lizzie Moody, daughter of Hannibal Bruce Moody and Sally Ann Glaze was born 6 Dec. 1863 in Oblong, Crawford Co., IL. She married Homer Lawrence Bond 6 Dec. 1887 in Onieda, Nemaha Co., KS. After his death, and abt. 1892 she married Robert Newton Gill. The Gills lived in Valejo, CA until their deaths. Annie Lizzie died 13 Jan. 1971 in Valejo, Solano Co., CA. She wrote a book, "From Oxcarts to Airplanes" detailing her life. She began the book when she was 80 and had learned to type, and it was published when she was 99. "Aunt Lizzie" lived to 107.
