She was the oldest of 12 siblings. She married Burwell Pope Fullilove in 1840 in Ogelthorpe County, GA. They had 7 children, 6 in Georgia and their last, Burwell Pope, Jr. in Attala County, MS. They moved to Mississippi sometime after 1850 and before 1856. Ariann is buried at Marvin Chapel Cemetery, Attala County, MS. She is the Great, Great, Grandmother of Jim Fullilove, Susan Whitehead, Joan Wallis, Larry Hudson, and others.
