They had a child Zechariah James Brownfield. Barbara's partner was Shawn W. Beal on July 3, 2010 and they later separated in August 2019. They had a child Dakota Dale Brownfield.

Shawn Wayne Beal was born to Charles Wayne Beal and Terry Gay Cain. He has two brothers and two sisters. He lived in Texas most of his life. He live in Marietta Oklahoma in his teen years.
