Barley Famiily

Not sure who this family is. The oldest man is said to be Milt Barley. On the back of the photo it says "Uncle Milt Barley, Ma Brother and Family."
Across both pieces, in pencil, it reads, "Brother and Family,"

Possibly Ohio or Kentucky, maybe even Pennsylvania. The name could be Byerly, Bireley or any number of spellings. Don't know who Milt is or who anyone in the photo is. Does anyone know this family.
