Alfred William Herbert Brown was born circa 1925 to Septimus Angus Brown and Elizabeth Jane Blake, and had siblings Kenneth Angus Brown, Edwin Victor Murray Brown, Pearl Dawn Brown, Eileen Edith Brown, Elizabeth Brown, and Lemeral Charles Brown.
