A photo seen by this writer of Eleanor ( sometimes her 1st name was spelled Eleanore. On her gravestone in Williamstown, Mass., her 1st name is spelled Eleanore. So, records on her spell her 1st name both ways. While it cannot be proven, maybe she preferred the spelling with an "e" at the end when Eleanor Roosevelt became First Lady in 1933. ) when she was about 20 and she looked a bit like Margaret Truman, the daughter of President Harry S. Truman.
