Bertha (Smith) and William Turner

This is a picture of my great grandparents, Bertha Rosella Smith and William Roosevelt Turner. I am unsure of the exact date but it is before 1925 and after 1920. William died before my grandmother was born from a ruptured appendix in September of 1925.
