Big_Brother

This is the same baby as in the photo Baby. If you'll notice the young man; you'll see I have him in a photo in which he is much younger called Barber_Boy. I'm sure they're one in the same because the same cute face and brillant eyes are identicle. Please can someone give these two a name?

Could be Tong Children, or Ballinger, Leach, or Warran. Please Help Me. My Families are from Indiana/Ohio area.
