Taken I believe in the late 1990's. This is Carl in his formal BDU for the US Army - Texas National Guard 49th Lone Star Armored Division (and if I am correct), the 136th Signal Battalion. Carl was MARS Program - Region 6 Gateway Station Chief AAR6WK.
