Champa (Pisa) Sivilay with wife

Pisa, more commonly known as Champa, was a gentle but strong soul. He fought with the United States Army in Laos during the communist takeover. He later emigrated to the States and brought his family. His children, grandchildren, and family members currently reside in California, Idaho, and Arizona.
