He worked for Western Electric in Burlington NC for years until he went into the seminary at Elon College and graduated then became a full time minister. I grew up a PK (preachers kid) and recall several churches Dad pastored in my childhood. Later he took a church in East Tennessee and moved the family there ...that's where I grew up in Oliver So

Did he have family in the Wolfe County, Ky area? This is where most of my Holt family are from. My grandfather was George Eugene Holt, born in Yosemite Ky.
