He was born June 9, 1867 near Bixby, Oklahoma and died at the age of 90 years, 6 mos., 22 days on December 31, 1957 from a heart attack in Mathis, Texas and burried in the Brown Family Plot at South Heights Cemetery in Sapulpa, Creek County, Oklahoma. He was an elected and Heriditery Chief of the Tribe.
