Lucinda Cordelia Kilby, better known as Cordelia "Cordie" or "Dulcy" (Kilby) Ellis was the 12th, and youngest, child born to Adam and Malinda (Wilson) Kilby on 28 March 1865 in Rabun Co., GA. She was married to the Rev. John Allen Ellis of Coker Creek, Monroe, TN.
