D. W. Bouckart
I’ve “rescued” an old photograph identified by his signature as D. W. BOUCKART (first initial is difficult to read could be “L” ) which was taken at the Ensminger Brothers Studio in Independence, IA. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1870’s with the man in the photograph appearing to be in his 20’s or 30’s at the time it was taken. I’m hoping to locate someone from this family so that the photograph can be returned to the care of family. If you are a member of this family, or you know someone who might be, please contact me.

Thanks,
Shelley
Date & Place: in Independence, Buchanan County, Iowa 50644, United States
