Deborah Patricia (Kammann) Fagan was born to Henry Kammann (1931 - 1969) and Patricia Ann Kammann (1934 - 2013). She had one sister, Susan Marie (1959 - 1993).
Deborah Kammann married William Robert Fagan and they had a son and daughter. On January 6th at approximately 8:30am Deborah Fagan's body was found in her car off Gladhill Brothers Road in Monrovia Maryland by a surveyor. She was shot twice in the head.
Her husband William was ultimately sentenced to life in prison for her murder. Her headstone is inscribed "Loving Soul, Forever in Our Hearts".
