Deborah Warrick was born on December 15, 1968 to parents Donald Charles Fabricius (1941 - 2007) and Patricia H. (Grigor) Fabricius (born 1947). She attended the Johnson City school system until moving to Afton, NY, where she attended and and graduated from the Afton Central School (Afton, New York, USA) in the 1980's. After that, she attended Broome Community College. Deborah was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, stationed on Governors Island, N.Y.
