My great grandfather and great grandmother; Dennis Derris Eager and Hannah Jennie(Jamie)Alkire.Ruth Annie,James Henry and baby Mary.James was my grandfather. Jamie's father Mahlon fought with the Union in the Civil War.He died from disease at the Battle of Monocacy.He's buried at St.Johns College,Annapolis.Maryland;marker no.1721
