Doyle Edward Skillern

Convicted in the October 23, 1974 Capital murder of Officer Patrick Allen Randel. Skillern shot Randel, a Texas Department of Public Safety Narcotics Officer, during an undercover drug buy near the town of George West. Last Statement: “I pray that my family will rejoice and will forgive, thank you.”
