He married Beatrice Florence Humphrey on March 22, 1944, and they were married until Eugene's death on September 5, 1994. He had children Steven Eugene Beall, Colin William Beall, Janice Louise Beall, and Alan Arthur Beall. Eugene Beall was buried on September 9, 1994 at Mt Thompson Memorial Gardens and Crematorium 329 Nursery Rd, in Holland Park, Brisbane City County.
