The woman to the right of your Grandmother on the back row is Frank's half-sister, Carrie Ramming Jones; to her right is Frank's half-sister (and Carrie's full sister) Nora Ramming Berry. The man second from right on the front row is Frank's half-brother (and Carrie and Nora's full brother) Bennie Ramming. The only other brothers who lived to adulthood died in 1928 (Wm. Melton) and 1912 (Johnny Ernest). The car in the background looks like a 1930 or 1940s one so doubtful that is them. The older man on left of front row could be Carrie's husband, Charlie Jones and the young man to his right could be Charlie and Carrie's son Carson Jones.
