GOOD AFTERNOON, Patricia~~~Thank You for posting this adorable photo here on AncientFaces. Although the ALBRECHT names & dates that You mention do not ring a bell with Me...I am an ALBRECHT descendant, too!!! Returning to Your photo...I 'choose' to see just a glimpse of My Grandmother in this little girls smile. OK??? Just like the thought of seeing Grandma's smile.
My Grandmother was IDA CAROLINE ALBRECHT, one of ten children of CHRISTIAN ALBRECHT & EMILY MUNZ. Ironically, I am not sure of all of the names. I continue to pray to locate ALBRECHT material...specifically from Germany?
Interestingly, I have been unable to locate ANY ALBRECHT/MUNZ information prior to their arrival (from Germany) around 1879. This family emigrated to NEW JERSEY & lived in ESSEX County primarily.
At present I do not have photos of My Grandparents here; but perhaps I will post photos of My Grandmother soon???
