francine clark was a beautiful soul that carried a lot of demons. she was a vibrant beautiful girl that just wanted a normal life . she was a older sister to Heather clark and Charles clark . she has a beautiful daughter victoria clark and her mother debbie Lemmon who also passed away. Francine clark and debbie lemmon are together now looking down on the rest of the family.. i couldn’t even begin a bio because there is to much to say . i love them both
