Francois Isaac Rachal
Isaac Rahcal was born 6-25-1800 son of Jean Baptiste Barthelemy Rachal and Marie Pelagie Brevel. He married his third cousin, Marie Azelie Rachal on 8-9-1832. Their children were Villere, Jean Baptiste Bolivar, Arcolene, and Urbain.
