In German script translated to 'This is Katie's husband Franz Rooss? Largmann'

The German script is hard to read but it looks like 'Franz Rooss Largmann. The Katie that is referred to I believe was a Katherine/Katherina/Karolina Schwegel who married in Germany and stayed there when the rest of her immediate family settled in Millville, New Jersey and Philadelphia, PA. There is a wedding photo that I believe to be a younger pic of Katie and Franz. Does anyone else out there recognize them?
