Photo found at a vintage store in Portland, Oregon, July 2012. Following info on the back: "This as a Baby Little Freddie Lederer named after his Grandpa he was born May 14 - 1928 this was taken somewhere near Xmas or New year he is only 7 or 8 mo. old when taken. I had these reprinted at Holton Kans. - Mother.

I can find several documents (census, etc.) online for this person, but unable at the moment to find a family tree and relative who would be interested in the picture.
