George Marvin Dismukes of McAlester, Pittsburg County, OK was born on October 10, 1889 to Gaston Barbee Dismukes and Sarah France (Hall). He had siblings Ardelia Dismukes Pierce, Walter William Dismukes, Mary Ann Dismukes, Gaston Barbee Dismukes, Cleveland Hendricks Dismukes, James Joseph Dismukes, B.J. Dismukes, and Rutelia 'Telia' Dismukes. George Dismukes died at age 78 years old in September 1968.
