Grana Short
Peter Short (Grana) Luxenburg (Allsa Lor aiu)

This photo is very interesting to me. He definately had an European aire to his apperance and the writing Mrs. Andrew Short did was more discritive than any other in the album. Also Dollie wrote Allso Lor aiu Germany next to the photo. Mrs Andy Short wrote between Peter's and the empty space and wife (Lirth)Padw Padw Germany!! Do you have any German Short's in your tree?

Looks like this gentleman was from the Alsace Lorraine region - divided between Germany and France for many years. Padw is probably an area of Germany, but I do not know a specific city that this might relate to.
