My Grandfather William Lester Robison Sr. (he went by the nickname Bud) and my Uncle William Lester Robison Jr. (he goes by the nickname Billy)
photo was taken in early 60's so he could have lived in Puallup, Washington or Rupert, Idaho at the time the photo was taken.
