My name is Ernest F. Kidd and I am the only child of Ernest C. Kidd and Alma Gray Kidd. Grandson to : Ernest M. Kidd of London, KY and Edna Couch Kidd of Lake Charles, La. Great Grandson to: Robert N. Kidd and Sarah M. Kidd of East Bernstadt, KY. Third great grandson of George Kidd III. Grandson to Jasper Gray of Flat Lick, KY and Annie Maude (Lawson) Gray of Gary, Ind. Great Grandson to Milinder Gray and Sarah Gray of Flat Lick, KY. Sixth Great Grandson to Jordan Gray who served at Valley Forge. **Information on my Kidd branch of the family tree on Find A Grave by M. E. Payne and Ronnie McFadden (aka blue jay) are mostly incorrect. M.E. Payne of London KY claims falsely to be a "close" first cousin to my grandfather Kidd yet, couldn't tell me anything personal about him or my great grandparents (that would have been her aunt and uncle) although she lived next door to my grandfather but, never attended any family reunions or events. She also downloaded family photos that I posted and she claimed them as hers. Ronnie McFadden's third great grandfather is a sibling of my third great grandfather George Kidd. She has never met or spoken to any of my direct family and assumes incorrectly about this my branch of family history. The info I have noted on my site has been passed down by word of mouth by my father - his siblings, grandfather - his siblings as well as my great grandmother Sarah and from our family bible (written in it) that I am in possession of.
