His father was, Thomas Fairfield Brown, born Sheepy Parva, Leicester, Leicestershire, England. His wife was, Mary Ellen Tevlin Hallow, born in Kells Ireland. My mother's parents were Feliciano Ayes Ortiz and Juana de la Paz Maldonado also of Salinas, Puerto Rico. Feliciano's parents were Emilio Ayes de Jesus Legrand and Petronilla Ortiz de la Pena de Jesus. Emilio Ayés was one of the people who signed the Ayuntamiento de Salinas on behalf of Industry and arts. He was the principle of Salinas' school.
