Henry J. Meinholz Jr., was married with 2 daughters. After retiring from the Navy, the family moved to Kingston Ma., a small town just north of Cape Cod.
Meinholz on trial in 1991, after a jury found him guilty for the brutal murder of a 13 year old neighbor Melissa Benoit. He died in prison in 2002.
