Herbert Malany

Here is what it says about Herbert in his high school yearbook, the Chester High School Annual Yearbook Class of 1921: A product of Dewey School and a good example of its training. A strong gust of laughter blew Herb into our midst, and we are still laughing at his seemingly inexhaustible supply of jokes.
