Hermann Gusta(v)? Heinrich Baptism

There is an antique store near our town which houses a ton of old photos, portraits, personal momentous, wedding dresses, etc- you name it, they have it. One lady has a whole collection of two families combined. One person is named Hermann Heinrich. I have taken pictures of the photos and other memorabilia but Ancestry.com stinks when it comes to finding a specific name and date. This guy was born Aug 25, 1891 in ElDorado, Wisconsin- OR this is a marriage license. I can't read old German so I don't know which it is.
