Ira John Posey Jr was the son of Ira John Sr & Phoebe DeAtley. His 2nd wife was my Grandmother Marie Evelyn Dennis Dant and the cousin of my Grandfather Ernest Charles Dant. His nickname was "Buster". Buster served in WWII and fought in the Pacific and North Africa campaigns. He died Friday, April 2, 1976 in Virginia and is buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Prince Georges Co., MD.
