J.P. Tucker

I believe this is John Porter Tucker, born 9/7/1830 in Ohio. Died 11/20/1892 Webster City, Iowa. Husband of Hannah Whaley (born abt 1834). According to the 1870 and 1880 censuses, his children were Eldridge (or Albert E.), Jennie, Charles, and Leonard. The back of the photo reads, "Mr. J.P. Tucker, Homer, Hamilton Co., Iowa. Mrs. S. M. Bower, North Baltimore (Ohio)." If you are related to him and would like to have the photo, let me know. I am not related.
