James Edward Honan of Cumberland County, Maine United States was born on October 24, 1919 in Portland to Ellen Theresa (Brogan) Honan and Martin Matthew Honan. He had siblings Helen Frances (Honan) Gorham, Martin Matthew Honan, John Joseph Honan, Margaret Mary (Honan) Marshall, and Robert Andrew V. Honan. He married Mary T (Morris) Honan on August 8, 1953, and they were married until James' death on August 12, 2017. He had children Ellen (Honan), James Edward "Jim" Honan Jr, Thomas "Tom' Honan, Daniel J "Dan" Honan, and Mary Eileen (Honan). James Honan was buried in Falmouth.
