Janice R Dowlen

Janice Dowlen was an R&B/Pop singer and songwriter best known for the 1985 hit "Gentle (Calling Your Name)" featuring Fredrick from her debut and only studio album "Janice". According to the autopsy performed by the coroner when Janice died in 1991, she died at home of a heart attack.
