Jarlath Jacob Healy (legally changed from Joshua Stephen Seeley before 2012) was born in Binghamton, New York in 1988 from mother, Kimberly Jean Randall and father, James Yelverton. Jarlath's name at birth was Joshua Stephen Randall, but was then since 1990; legally changed to Joshua Stephen Seeley after being adopted by Kimberly's late husband, Charles Phillip Seeley. Jarlath is the half brother of sisters Jamie Lee Randall(1984), Jessica Sandra Seeley(1991) and half brother of Phillip Charles Seeley(1989) and Derrick James Seeley(1990). Jarlath's half eldest brother Jacob David Randall(1986) was killed in a car accident in 2010 on highway within the state of Missouri. Jarlath grew up in Binghamton, New York until the age of 10 where he moved with his family into the state of Missouri. Jarlath was considered a runaway at age 15 and taken into the Division of Family Services after family problems had surfaced. Jarlath was then placed in foster homes throughout mid-Missouri until the age of 17 when he was legally emancipated from the Division of Family Services. Jarlath has since then, lived in Missouri, Kansas, New York, and currently resides in Austin, Texas.
