Jetson & Tressie (Gaston) Livingston
A photo of Jetson Edgar Livingston & Tressie Gaston Livingston. An evening on the town in Decatur, Illinois. Daddy and Mother were dressed in their finest for one of Mother's fashion shows. Her dress was bright red...Daddy hated the dress and the matching red wide-brimmed lace covered hat-- made with her own hands! Daddy always felt that Mother's dresses were too revealing. But, he was proud of her and tried to be a good sport.

What stories can you tell me about my parents? My mother's father was Grant Gaston who may have been from Atlanta, GA or Indianapolis, IN. He was killed in while working as a strike-breaker during a riot on the B & O Railroad before my mother was born. She never met her father. I will appreciate any and all information about my maternal grandfather.
Date & Place: in Illinois United States
