JM Jarrell and others outside Clarksville Fire Dept.

From left: Joe Manning, Joseph Manton Jarrell, Charles Shelby Jarrell, and John Suter. Joseph was an engineer for the State of TN, and designed the alarm system for Clarksvilles' fire dept. Charles is his son. Joe and John were either employees at JM Jarrells' wagon shop, or fire fighters themselves. As Joseph had a wagon shop, it is entirely possible that he also built this particular engine. The writing on the picture is that of Frank Gracey Jarrell, Josephs' son.

I am looking for Hargroves, Hamptons, Reasoners, Jarrells, Curtis', Martins, and any family connected with them, especially in Tennessee, Alabama, and Virginia when the years get back there. I have quite a bit on the Jarrells, if anyone needs any info from this area, but very little on the Hargroves or Hamptons. Any help would be appreciated.
