Joffre J. Barlow Memorial Letter

Joffre J. Barlow of North Bay, Nipissing District County, ON Canada was born on March 14, 1919 in Peterborough, Peterborough County, ON to Isaac Ward Barlow and Marcillena (Berard) Barlow. He had siblings Phyllis Barlow, Garnet Mack Barlow, Wilfred Milton Barlow, Ruth (Barlow) Thain, and Kenneth Isaac Ward Barlow. He married Irene Mary (Mercier) Barlow, and they were married until Joffre's death on April 24, 1945. He had a child Joffre Phillip Barlow. Joffre Barlow was buried in 1945 at Holten Canadian War Cemetery.
