J. C. (John Christopher) KELLER. Picture taken in Cincinnati. JC also went by Chris. He and his wife settled in Central Washington territory at a sight called Almira in 1889. He opened 3 mercantile stores, one in Almira, one in Keller, and one in Republic (Eureka) Washington and also owned Keller's Ferry until the state bought him out. He died in Spokane, Spokane, Washington in 1929.
