Leroy Frank Tellgren

I remember that Leroy Tellgren died in misery incarcerated by the Texas Department of Corrections after being convicted of murdering an unsuspecting mother of four who was a loving wife, cherished daughter, beautiful sister and a friend to many. Tellgren shattered the lives of many people.
