LOttie Opley

This is a photo that has been glued onto a hardboard. It is in very good condition. The young woman appears to grown but quite young. There is nothing on the photo except her name. I purchased this photo at an antique store in Eugene/Springfield area of Oregon. I would like to see it reunited with its family.
