A photo of Louis Hinojosa. The Sangley Point Photo Lab was located aboard the United States Navy Naval Station Sangley Point which was near the cities of Cavite City and Manila in the Philippines.
PHC Louis Hinojosa USN and family were stationed there for two years until the Naval Station was closed and turned over to the government of the Philippines in 1971.
