Back of photo looks like "M. E. Vickres," but the front of the photo looks like "Mrs. Vickers." Photographer is Brady's National Photographic Portrait Galleries, New York, NY." Photo was owned by James and Mary Anna Ballentine Powell, Newark, NJ. Probably taken in the late 1800's. If you know this woman's family, please let me know. Would like to return photo to her family.
