Mamie Moore

Mary Penelope "Mamie" Moore, oldest daughter of Isaac Davis "Doc" Moore and his wife Emily Ann Elliott Moore. She was born in Daviess County, Kentucky in 1883. She began selling books at age 14 years of age and went to live in Memphis, Tennessee where she met and married Hans Eder in 1918. They later moved to Dallas, Texas where he died in 1946 and she died there in 1959.
